- What services do you provide?
We deliver #2 heating oil, as well as kerosene, and have a full time master burner technician who can serve all your furnace and boiler needs, from inspections to installations and cleanings. We are also available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for any emergencies that you may find yourself in, whether you have run out of oil or your furnace won’t start.
- How often should I service my oil burner or furnace?
We recommend that your oil burner or furnace be serviced once a year by a professional. By keeping up with this maintenance, you can prevent unfortunate malfunctions by correcting any minor problems before they become major in the cold of the winter. Another reason to service your oil burner or furnace once a year is to extend the life of your equipment, as well as reduce energy consumption.
- Is there a minimum amount of gallons I need to purchase when I order a delivery?
We only have a minimum for selected areas. Check out our coverage area map for more details.
- How can you sell your oil at such a low cost compared to other oil companies?
While most companies include hidden fees that account for all sorts of miscellaneous finances, we set ourselves apart from the rest by offering low costs to everyone, with NO contracts and NO commitments.
- Do you offer any senior citizen or military discounts?
Because our #2 and kerosene prices are already affordable to everyone, we cannot offer any further discounts.
- What form of payments do you accept?
We have a payment upon delivery or service policy. This means if you are paying COD (cash or check on delivery), someone should be home to hand the payment to one of our drivers. If you’re not sure whether you’ll be home at the time of the delivery, you can pay with a credit or debit card, as we accept all major merchants.
- What is your delivery schedule?
We currently do not have a delivery schedule for #2 heating oil.
- My furnace won’t start… What do I do?
You may find yourself with a loss of heat this winter. If this happens, here are a few steps you should take before giving us a call. Notice whether you have electricity or not. If so, check to see if you have any fuel in your tank. If you have fuel, look to see if the emergency switch and thermostat are switched “on”. Are the batteries in your thermostat still good? If you answered yes to all the above questions and are still having problems, call us at 368-5319 and we’ll send someone out to help.
